Dear Clients,
I am truly grateful for your trust and happy to be part of your important occasions and everyday moments through my services. In order to ensure that every appointment is comfortable, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone, please kindly take note of the following policy.
1. Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked by phone or e-mail. Phone consultations and appointment scheduling are available on weekdays only.
As I am unable to guarantee immediate responses on social media platforms, I kindly ask you to contact me primarily by phone or e-mail for important or urgent matters.
If I am unable to answer your call, I will return it as soon as possible.
Appointments become valid only after confirmation has been provided.
Please note that I generally do not work on weekends, therefore I kindly ask you to contact me on weekdays whenever possible.
2. Arrival and Delays
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
If you are running late, kindly inform me in advance so I can adjust my schedule if necessary.
Providing the highest possible quality of service is very important to me, therefore significant delays may result in a shortened treatment time or the need to reschedule the appointment.
3. Cancellations
Please understand that during work hours I am not always able to continuously monitor my phone or online messages.
If you need to cancel your appointment on short notice, I kindly ask you to do so primarily by phone.
Cancellations sent via message are considered valid only if I have confirmed receipt and acknowledged the cancellation.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, a standby fee may be charged:
Makeup services: 10,000 HUF
Permanent makeup services: 30,000 HUF
In case of a no-show without cancellation, a new appointment can only be provided after the full service fee has been settled.
4. Payment
Payment for services can be made in cash or via bank transfer.
